The location was fantastic. marina mall was a minute away on foot. the friendly staff always smiled and stood ready to assist. the upgrade to the king suite offered a lovely accommodation on the 23rd floor. The views were AMAZING!!! the suite was very clean, furnished elegantly, and had a comfortable bed.
i arrived in the morning after a long flight and found the reception staff not as cute as i'd hoped.

the staff members displayed helpfulness. every staff member always smiled. they were ready to help at any moment. it really set a positive tone for the whole visit.

the fitness center provided various machines for workout routines. the location is close to public transportation, particularly the metro, which made exploring the area very convenient. overall, it was very accessible.

really good treatment
The breakfast service was really good. The staff was always ready to assist. Sheila, Made, and Jasmine provided superb treatment at the newly established spa, so I visited it. I had an very nice drone show, while walking to JBR in under 30 minutes, and I used the bridge from JBR to get to Blue Waters.
I had lunch with my colleagues at the Locale restaurant earlier this month. The service was poor. The staff and managers stood around talking. It was difficult to get their attention. Basic training is necessary for the staff and managers in the restaurant.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had so many choices. the staff went the extra mile. i enjoyed the marina view during breakfast.
the reception staff were not cute when i arrived after my long flight. the lady checking me in, joanna, had a monotone voice and did not smile. i had to wait a few hours before i was given a room that was better than the previous.

the breakfast had a lot of different options. the marina really comes alive at night. walking to jbr took less than thirty minutes, and we walked to bluewaters via the bridge.
the half board description was vague. i was a fussy traveler and wanted a full understanding of what i was getting. the hot buffet was cold one night, not good.
